A very welcome piece of news and an acknowledgement of the incredibly hard work done over the past few months: the Leading Employer accolade makes MEGGLE one of the most attractive employers in the whole of Germany, putting it in the top one percent of all companies from this perspective!

MEGGLE's Wasserburg site offers an impressive corporate culture where people feel comfortable. It also provides good staff development prospects and a range of benefits such as regular further training, a talent management programme or free language and fitness classes. The company came thirty third out of a total of 2416 businesses from across Germany in the overall ranking for the food and agricultural industry. The candidate satisfaction score of 4.0 was well above average.

Leading Employers is the world's most comprehensive study of employer activities. This independent survey examines around 100,000 German businesses to determine their quality as an employer. The Leading Employer assessment process is a meta-study looking at all the aspects which are important to employees. It incorporates eight million pieces of data from sources such as staff votes, audits, expert opinions and many more.
