Outstanding results can only be achieved by an efficient team, and this requires the team members to behave in a fair and trusting way towards each other. That is why, instead of regarding the creation of the best possible working conditions as a statutory obligation or minimum ethical requirement, we see it as the key to global growth and corporate success. With this in mind, we operate an extremely effective staff strategy. It gives equal consideration to the company requirements and to our employees’ rights and needs, as well as their talents and qualifications. The fact that many men and women are already third-generation MEGGLE employees bears witness to the success of this strategy.  It is, of course, also a challenge for MEGGLE to ensure early on that there will be no shortage of skilled labour in the future, and this is why we regularly have stands at job, university and trainee fairs. Our aim, however, is not just to cope with the generational transition by taking on outside skilled labour, but also to continually encourage our existing workforce and equip them with the skills they will need in the future. For instance, our plan is to introduce a nationwide talent management system and a staff development concept 2015. This will increase satisfaction among our employees and encourage their long-term identification with our Group of companies. Employee's work safety and health have for MEGGLE big priority. Therefore MEGGLE has introduced beside the management systems for environment and energy a new management system for work safety and health. MEGGLE was certified regarding to ISO 45001:2018.
