Start of foundation work for Pharmaturm II and green light for expanding the south of the plant
Impressive special drill for the pile foundation.
Pharmaturm I has reached the limits of its capacity for producing directly compressible lactose products for the pharmaceutical industry. This is why it has been decided to invest in an additional spray drying plant; Pharmaturm II. The start of the commissioning phase has been planned for the first quarter of 2016.
Because the plant at the Wasserburg location is continually growing, some buildings in the south of the plant site will also make way for expanded production in the area of “functional products”.
