No lone fighters - lots of team players. "Fit with MEGGLE!" starts the preparation for this year's European Football Championship in cooperation with the Start-up B42 A dedicated MEGGLE game plan prepares all participants mentally and physically for the final.

This year, everything is different. This year's European Football Championship is no exception. All employees and their families at the Wasserburg site can look forward to a special campaign as part of the company's health management program. With the training app developed by B42, MEGGLE has the opportunity to provide its own training team in addition to amateur and professional soccer players. The concept of the app consists of four key elements (health promotion, injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance enhancement), which can be used individually at home according to personal will and time. The programs are based on sports science findings and collaboration with renowned sports doctors, trainers and therapists.

Each participant receives a 3-month premium access to the training app B42. The program is accompanied by a "MEGGLE game plan" until the final, which includes online mobility training with cooperation partner "fenics", as well as various online workshops with B42 brand ambassadors (for example, Lina Magull, national player and captain FC Bayern Munich) on the topics of motivation, nutrition or endurance. The sporting activity of the participants is rewarded with highlights such as a MEGGLE jersey, a MEGGLE barbecue package and a raffle with attractive prizes at the finale.
